2. API Keys and Access

• API keys are confidential and may not be shared or resold.
• You must implement reasonable controls to protect keys from exposure.
• We may rotate, suspend, or revoke keys for security, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication, or security protections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with service integrity, availability, or infrastructure.
• Use data for prohibited activities, including market manipulation, unlawful surveillance, or reselling raw data feeds without authorisation.

4. Plans, Billing, and Taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless stated otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges.
• Payments are processed via Dodo Payments. We do not store your card numbers, CVV codes, or Dodo Payments credentials — see our Privacy Policy for details.
• We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice communicated via the website or account email.

5. Service Availability

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless explicitly included in a separate SLA agreement. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur.

6. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis sourced from professional broker feeds. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, fitness for any trading outcome, or absence of delay. You are solely responsible for your trading, investment, and business decisions. RealMarketAPI is not a regulated financial advisor.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, documentation, and market data delivery infrastructure. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security concerns, or abusive usage. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealMarketAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify RealMarketAPI from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where RealMarketAPI operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the website or account email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
